"With 20 years of RMT experience, I focus on helping clients feel better through massage therapy. My approach blends traditional Swedish and deep tissue techniques with myofascial methods to effectively treat connective tissues. I use rhythmic mobilizations and joint play to enhance relaxation and flexibility, along with gentle holding techniques for visceral assessment.

As an instructor, I am dedicated to teaching students the importance of fostering a deep connection between mind and body. Through massage therapy, we can enhance body awareness and support clients in reducing their vulnerability to injury and various states of “dis-ease."

"My drive to teach is to inspire students to be curious and ask questions. Help them see that magic we as massage therapists so often provide in a treatment room. But also, it's okay to make mistakes, that's how we learn."
